We do not have fixed Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limits. Instead, we actively manage the network and may throttle users who consume excessive amounts of data on an individual basis.
If your connection is managed under the dynamic FUP policy, your speed will reduced between 1 - 2 Mbps. You will continue to have internet access at the reduced speed until the beginning of the next month.
All FUP limits are automatically reset on the 1st of each month. If you require full speed before then, data top-ups can be purchased to lift the FUP restriction.
Approximately 90% of our customers never reach the FUP threshold.
